Warwick, New York's Appalachian Trail Community Day, June 30, 2012

Warwick, NY, has been designated an official Appalachian Trail Community by the Appalachian Trail Conservancy.

Come join Warwick's celebration all day long on Saturday, June 30, 2012 -- starting with breakfast -- prior to the Dedication Ceremony on Bellvale Mountain.

Spend the day on guided hikes in the area and savor dinner specials at local restaurants. Then relax with evening concerts at the Thomas Morahan Waterfront Park in the Village of Greenwood Lake and at the Railroad Green in the Village of Warwick.

More events will be added in the days ahead.
