Our pal, George, and the folks at Mountain Crossings Outfitters put on the Pretzel Logic for Appalachian Trail Thru-Hikers Show on Saturday, January 30, 2016 ... starring Pretzel (aka Matt Mason).
Pretzel has hiked all the famous trails and has a knack for sharing cool advice that Appalachian Trail thru-hikers will actually use.
His presentation was about the best I've ever heard. Here are a few happy tips I jotted down as he spoke.
