Confessions of an Appalachian Trail Volunteer

OK. That headline might be a bit too lurid.

It's a trick we journil ... jurnoul ... writers use to fool readers.

But it's all for a good cause. Two, really.

#1) We get paid.

#2) Sometimes we write stuff we think you'll enjoy.

In this particular case, #3) applies -- when we think we have interesting links to what others have written.

There's a guy who calls himself "The Evil Eyebrow." I have zero interest in WHY he chose that name, but I am interested in his work as a volunteer on the Appalachian Trail.

With the hope that you will also begin a life working to maintain the Appalachian Trail, I present to you the jurnil ... blog of The Evil Eyebrow.

[Insert spooky, evil laugh here.]
